What for?

We will store and process your data in order to allow us to provide our products and services to you including our accountancy, financial planning, and taxation services. We will only process your data in relation to financial service with your explicit consent. To enable us to provide you with a proper service, there may be occasions when we will need to contact you without your express permission concerning business matters. For example, it may be in your interests to sell a particular product or service to you and we would wish to inform you of this. We may therefore contact you in such circumstances in our normal office hours.

What will happen if I contact you?

What data will be stored?

We will store your personal details, financial, employment, business, taxation and other personal Information in order to provide our services to you. We will store these details as required to meet the terms of our contract, regulations, and legal requirements as we feel necessary. Where necessary we may store sensitive personal information about you, this will always be with your explicit consent.

We will not share your data with any third parties other than as described here. When we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the Services and we have contracts in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.

These third party providers will be supplying on their own standard terms and conditions and you should check that you agree to those terms and conditions before placing an order.

How long?

Services: Your data will be stored only for 7 years after the end of our relationship in line with our statutory requirement, after which time your data will be deleted.

Who can access my data?

Your data will be protected at all times and will only be used by authorised employees and representatives of Crosshill Associates Ltd T/A eccountinc to provide our services to you.  We will never sell, share or otherwise distribute your data to any third party.

How is my data kept secure?

We will store your data on secure UK based servers which will be processed in the UK. We use industry standard security protocols/technology to secure data.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the products and services you have requested from us and to send you information about products and services you may be interested in. We will never sell, share or use your personal information other than as described here.
